Del Studio Architects, since its inception, has been involved in the design and construction of institutional project ranging from community service to healthcare, educational and religious buildings.

Malcolm Grow Med. Center Andrews Air Force Base
Del Studio Architects was hired by the Prince George’s County Roundtable, a local business group, to redesign an existing space in the Malcolm Grow Medical Center on Andrews Air Force Base to receive wounded combat veterans. The redesign of the area consisted of a reception, television room, alcoves with computer and a small dining area.
Old Presbyterian Meeting House
Del Studio Architects performed a feasibility study to assess the design and costs to provide a new commercial kitchen with exhaust in the existing education building of this historic church. The study resulted in the design and construction of the new kitchen prior to the start of the Fall school schedule.
DSS Glen Burnie
Del Studio Architects was hired by the State of Maryland to provide space planning design services for the Glen Burnie Department of Social Services.
St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Capitol Hill
Del Studio Architects served as project manager on behalf of the vestry of St. Mark’s to replace the existing old-growth heart pine floors in the nave, redesigned signage, performed lighting study and repaired existing HVAC ductwork/distribution system.
