Union Station Intermodal Transportation Study
DEL Studio Architects supported Parsons as they examined the potential for Union Station in Washington DC to serve as a major transportation hub. Amtrak, VRE, and MARC train systems, Greyhound, and local bus transportation, as well as bicycles, were incorporated into a 30-year phased development plan.
Henson Creek Planning Study
DEL Studio Architects served as the Architectural team member for a study of the Henson Creek region of Prince Georges County. A Charrette was conducted with the local stakeholders to gather information and share expectations for the future. This effort led to the development of a vision for the Commercial, Residential and Recreational possibilities.
Capitol Heights Metro Station
DEL Studio Architects served as the Architectural team member for an analysis of the area around the Capitol Heights Metro station. The purpose of the study was to develop a basis for the potential revitalization of Housing availability and provide options for Commercial and Community development opportunities
